These heavily armored camel riders get a bonus against enemy cavalry and tanks. Compared to normal cavalry, they deal slightly less damage but have more health.

Historical Description

The idea of a heavily armored camel may seem a little absurd, but camel cataphracts are a powerful asset. They combine the devastating strength of a conventional heavy cavalry with the camel's natural ability to panic horses and endure harsh desert conditions.

Still, camel troops did not become widespread due to several factors.Horses are better adapted to a wider variety of climates. Camel's soft feet cannot be shod, making them extra vulnerable to caltrops. Camels are more awkward to ride into battle due to their height, humps and gait. Finally, camels are smarter than horses and less willing to charge toward enemy fire.
